SHIPPING INFORMATION:
At Lamps Decor and More we offer FREE SHIPPING to the continental United States for all orders over $149.00. There is a flat shipping rate of $15.00 for all orders under $149.00
DELIVERY TIME/NOTIFICATION:
Delivery times will vary with manufacturers and individual products. Estimated times are given for each manufacturer.
For items that are oversized or heavier than UPS or FED EX can handle, Lamps Decor and More will include your pre-delivery contact info on the Bill of Lading. When contacted please verify your delivery destination. They will arrange an approximate time of delivery, usually within a four(4) hour time frame.
NOTE: If no one is at home when freight delivery is attempted, you will incur a minimum re-delivery charge of $75.00.
TAX INFORMATION:
Lamps Decor and More will only collect sales tax if items are shipped to Alabama. If shipped to Alabama a 4% sales tax will be collected as required by law.
PRODUCT DISPLAY/COLORS:
Lamps Decor and More makes sincere efforts to display product images given by our suppliers as clear and as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the color shades or color patterns you see on your computer exactly matches the product color you see in person, as the display of the color depends, in part, upon the monitor and the computer settings you are using. In addition, many of our art glass products are individually hand-crafted, so some variation should be expected.
PRODUCTION TIMES:
Production times will vary due to the unique hand crafted process many of our items entail. An estimated production time has been given if applicable. Please understand that some products are of the highest quality and are being crafted or ordered especially for YOU. It wii be worth the wait!!!
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY:
All orders are subject to availability and manufacturers' approval. Customers will be notified within (10)ten days of manufacturers notification of a discontinued or delayed item. Manufacturer availabilty or delay of any item shall not terminate any other portion of the order.
PRICING & TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS:
Prices and policies are subject to change without notice. In the event a product is listed with incorrect price or information due to typographical error, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed under these conditions. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase, we shall immediately issue a FULL credit to your credit card account. We reserve the right to refuse any order.
RETURN POLICY:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you must email us within (72)seventy-two hours at sales@lampsdecorandmore.com for return instructions. Items must be in original purchase condition and packaging for a refund minus 45% plus shipping both ways. Please repackage the items as received.
If customer receives a defective product, Lamps Decor and More will replace the same item at no cost to the customer.
No returns will be allowed if item was shipped by truck line , unless buyer pays freight both ways.
